Itinerary
At 7:30 AM, your local tour guide will pick you up from your hotel or meet you at Mr. Linh’s Adventures – Ba Be office in Bo Lu, marking the beginning of an exciting day in Ba Be National Park. A motor tour will transport you to Boc Lom pier, where you will be instructed on how to kayak on rivers and provided with life jackets, dry bags, sports equipment…
Kayaking along the riverside is an extremely enjoyable experience, you will continue to journey down the Nang River to explore the expansive Puong cave and see the Dau Dang waterfall before enjoying lunch at a nearby riverside village restaurant. In total, this route is 11km paddle.
After lunch, you will cross the Nang River and traverse some steep terrain with numerous jagged cat-ear cliffs. This forest is exceptionally dense and has many tall trees, but as you climb up, you will gradually see beautiful mountain vistas.
When venturing further into the highlands, you will stop at a village of the H’Mong ethnic group, located right near the border in Tuyen Quang province. Continue trekking over 4km, you will arrive at the residence of the Dao ethnic community, where you will spend the night, enjoying some moments of happiness and joy with local spirits.
After a simple breakfast, saying goodbye and leaving the ethnic minority’s home, you continue walking along the trails within the buffer zone of Ba Be National Park.
When going down the mountain, you will see ethnic locals working in the cornfields and terraced fields. You can spend some time having fun with the children in a highland school, where all pupils from grades 1 to grade 5 share a classroom.
Walking a few more kilometers deep into the bamboo forest and descending towards Ba Be Lake. You will have a military-style lunch in the middle of the forest. Then, you return to the lakeside village and end the tour here.

THINGS YOU SHOULD BRING
Pack essential items: Comfortable clothes suitable for outdoor activities, comfortable walking shoes, a small day pack for hiking and climbing.
Passport/ID card (Required madatory to bring along on the trip).

CHILDREN POLICY
FOC for children aged 1 to 4 when accompanied by 2 paying adults (other expenses not included), 1 to 3 year-old children do not have their own seats. In case a child of this age accompanied 1 adult, the child will be charged 50% of the adult price (including seats and meals)
5 to 9 year-old children are charged 75% of the tour fee (they have their own seats but share hotel rooms with parents).
10 year-old children and older are considered adults.
NOTICE
Itinerary will be changed upon weather conditions or traffic jam
Any cancellation of a booking must be in writing and shall only be effective upon its acknowledged receipt by V.I.T Travel.
FOC cancellation more than 15 days before travel date, 30% surcharge if canceled 15 days or less before travel date. If canceled 7 days or less before the tour starts, 55% of the total amount is charged and if canceled 2 days or less before the tour starting date, 100% of the total amount is charged.
No refunds in case of “force majeure”.
No refund if the client leaves the program after it has begun for any reason such as missed tour, missed scheduled sightseeing or fails to show up. Remember to carry your passport/ID cards with you.
You should bring insect repellent and any necessary medications to prevent common diseases.
The tour guide can adjust and rearrange the schedule but all planned destinations remain the same.
The vegetarian foods are available if you are a vegetarian.
Please do not bring too large suitcases with you.
