Booking Policy

INCLUSION: 

The package includes:

• Air-conditioned transportation with hotel pickup and drop-off in the old quarter.
• Boat excursion.
• Option between kayaking or bamboo boat..
• Entrance fees.
• Vietnamese cuisine.
• One bottle of water provided on the bus.
• Guide who speaks English accompanying you throughout the journey.

EXCLUSION: 

The package excludes:

• Travel insurance.
• Personal expenses.
• VAT charges.
• Gratuities for the tour guide and driver.
• Items that are not specifically mentioned above.

ITEMS TO BRING: 

Remember to bring:

• Bring a hat or umbrella and put on comfortable shoes.
• Sunglasses.
• Insect repellent.
• Carry enough cash to pay for personal expenses.
• Towel for swimming.

CHILDREN POLICY:

– Children aged 1 to 4 can join for free when accompanied by 2 paying adults. (Parents cover all other expenses and 1 to 3-year-old children do not have their own seats in the car.

If one adult accompanies one child aged 1 to 3, the child is charged 50% of the adult price (includes meals and a separate seat).

Children aged 5 to 9 are charged 75% of the tour fee. They have their own seats in the car and meals, but share the hotel room with their parents.

Children 10 years of age and older are considered to be adults.

NOTICE:

• Itinerary subject to change due to weather conditions or traffic.
• After the trip, drop-offs are only available at your hotel or designated places in Hanoi Old Quarter and Hanoi Opera House.
• Fridays to Sundays are walking street times; drop-offs may be near your hotel, requiring a short walk.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellation must be in writing and acknowledged by V.I.T Travel.
• Over 15 days before travel: FOC cancellation.
• Within 15 days: 30% surcharge.
• Within 7 days: 55% of total amount.
• Within 2 days: 100% of total amount.
• No refunds for ‘force majeure’ situations or missed activities.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Keep medication for preventing insects and common diseases.
• The tour guide can rearrange the schedule, while keeping all locations the same.
• Upon request, vegetarian meals are available.
• Avoid carrying oversized suitcases.

CUSTOMERS’ RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customers are responsible for pre-existing illnesses and conditions not covered by insurance.
• The tour organizer is not liable for unreported illnesses, false declarations, or situations beyond coverage.
• Customers are responsible for their belongings during the trip; the organizer is not liable for lost items.
