Itinerary
7:30-8:00: Depart from your hotel in the Old Quarter via our comfortable van.
10:00: Take a short break.
11:30-12:00: Pause for scenic photos of Mai Chau Valley and arrive in Mai Chau.
12:15: Enjoy a traditional lunch in a local village (vegetarian options available).
14:30-17:00: Embark on a bicycle ride with a local guide, observe farmers at work in the fields, witness locals weaving scarves, and explore the peaceful surrounding villages.
17:00-19:00: Free time for biking, walking, and shopping.
19:00: Delight in dinner.
20:00: Experience a Thai traditional dance performance in a stilt house and savor traditional alcohol (Ruou can) with the community. Stay overnight in the village.
7:30-8:30: Start your day with breakfast.
8:30-11:30: Embark on a hike to the 1000 Step Cave and visit the local market.
12:15-15:00: Enjoy lunch and have free time for relaxation.
15:00: Return to Hanoi by van/bus.

CHILDREN POLICY
– Children aged 1 to 4 can join the tour for free if accompanied by 2 paying adults. However, parents must cover all other expenses for these children, and children aged 1 to 3 do not have their own seats in the car.
– If one adult travels with a child aged 1 to 3, the child will be charged 50% of the adult price, which includes meals and a separate seat.
– Children aged 5 to 9 will be charged 75% of the tour fee. They will have their own seats in the car, receive their own meals, but will share a hotel room with their parents.
Children aged 10 and above are considered adults for pricing purposes.
NOTICE
– The itinerary may change due to weather conditions or traffic.
– After the trip, drop-off is available at your hotel or a location in Hanoi Old Quarter and Hanoi Opera House. On Fridays to Sundays, during street closure, drop-off at your hotel might not be possible.
– Cancellation of bookings must be in writing and acknowledged by V.I.T Travel. Cancellation fees apply: 30% if more than 15 days before travel, 55% if canceled 15 days or less before travel, and 100% if canceled 2 days or less before the tour starts.
– No refunds are given for “force majeure” events, missed sightseeing, or if a client leaves the program after it has begun.
– You must carry your passport, and it’s advisable to bring insect repellent and necessary medications.
– Tour guides may adjust the schedule while keeping the destinations the same.
– Avoid bringing large suitcases.
CUSTOMERS’ RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Customers are responsible for pre-existing and chronic medical conditions, congenital diseases, HIV/AIDS, mental disorders, and pregnancy, which may not be covered by insurance. Health commitments may be required when participating.
– Failure to report illnesses or provide false information can affect coverage during the tour.
– Customers must safeguard their belongings during the trip, and the tour organizer is not responsible for lost items.
