Itinerary
Overnight on the bus.
6:00 am: Be greeted by our driver at the bus stop who will transport you to our Sapa hotel for breakfast and the chance to freshen up, setting the stage for an exciting exploration of captivating Sapa.
8:30 am: Embark on a 12-kilometer trek, taking in visits to Y Linh Ho and Lao Chai villages, both inhabited by the H’mong minority. Following lunch, either with a local family in Lao Chai or at a riverside drinking shop, our journey continues as we hike towards Ta Van village, home to the Day community. This village will be our overnight stay, providing a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in their daily routines, participate in their work, and appreciate their distinctive customs. You’ll spend the night in a Dzay local house as part of this immersive experience.
Enjoy breakfast before embarking on the tour, which kicks off with an 8-kilometer hike to explore two villages inhabited by the Red Dzao and H’mong communities, namely Giang Ta Chai and Su Pan. Along the way, take in the beauty of a charming waterfall and a picturesque rattan bridge. As you journey through bamboo forests en route to the main road, you’ll be treated to breathtaking landscapes. Here, you’ll rendezvous with the van for your return to Sapa town.
Following this, you’ll board the bus back to Hanoi, concluding your remarkable trip.

Children Policy
Children aged 1 to 4 are eligible for a complimentary spot when accompanied by 2 paying adults. Parents are responsible for covering all additional expenses for these children, and please note that children aged 1 to 3 do not occupy separate seats in the car. In the event that one adult travels with a child aged 1 to 3, a 50% charge of the adult price will apply for the child. This fee includes meals and a dedicated seat for the child.
Children aged 5 to 9 will incur a charge equivalent to 75% of the tour fee. They will have their individual seats in our car and receive their own meals. However, it’s important to note that they will share the hotel room with their parents.
Children aged 10 and above will be considered as adults for pricing purposes.

The itinerary may be subject to adjustments due to weather conditions or traffic delays.
Following the tour, our drop-off service is available at your hotel or any location within Hanoi Old Quarter and near the Hanoi Opera House. Please note that between Friday and Sunday, when pedestrian streets are in effect, we may not be able to drop you off directly at your hotel, requiring a short walk.
Check-in time is at 14:00, and check-out time is prior to 12:00.
Any cancellations must be submitted in writing and will only be considered effective once acknowledged by V.I.T Travel.
- Cancellation policy:
Cancellations with no charge (FOC) are applicable for bookings canceled more than 15 days before the travel date.
A 30% surcharge applies for cancellations made 15 days or less before the travel date.
If canceled 7 days or less before the tour commences, a 55% charge of the total amount is imposed.
For cancellations made 2 days or less before the tour starting date, a 100% charge of the total amount is applicable.
No refunds will be issued in cases of ‘force majeure.’
There will be no refunds if a client departs from the program after it has commenced, misses any scheduled sightseeing or visits, or fails to show up. Ensure that you carry your passport with you.
It is advisable to bring insect repellent and any necessary medications to prevent common diseases.
While the tour guide may adjust the schedule, the destinations on the itinerary will remain the same.
For vegetarians, you have the option to bring your own food to suit your dietary preferences if needed.
Please avoid bringing oversized suitcases.
