From 5:45 to 6:15 am, we will be picked up at the bus stop and transferred to our hotel in Sapa. After having breakfast and changing our clothes, we will patiently wait for our visit to the amazing Sapa.
Following breakfast, we will commence our trek to Y Linh Ho. We will descend to Muong Hoa Valley, passing through rice paddy fields and small hamlets to gain insight into the daily life of the local people in Lao Chai village.
Lunch will be enjoyed with a local family before continuing our trek through villages and rice terraced fields. Eventually arriving at Ta Van village, home to the Dzay ethnic people, considered the most beautiful in the region. We will conclude the day with dinner and spend the night with a local family in Ta Van.
Our overnight stay will take place at the homestay of the Dzay people.
After bidding farewell to the local family, we proceed with our journey to visit the Red Dao people in Giang Ta Chai, where we also have the opportunity to admire a waterfall. The Red Dao women are adorned with vibrant red embroideries and coins adorning their attire, with a red scarf adorning their heads. Some of these women have even shaved off their eyebrows, a tradition rooted in a fascinating Red Zao legend.
We continue our exploration along narrow paths winding through the rice fields, cross the Muong Hoa River via a Suspension Bridge, and ascend towards Supan. Here, we will delight in a picnic lunch by the stream before pressing on to reach the Ban Ho villages.
Next, we leave the main road to descend to Ban Ho village, where we will spend the night with a Tay family residing in stilted houses.
Dinner and our overnight stay will be hosted by this welcoming local family.
Rise early in the morning to enjoy the refreshing ambiance, followed by a hearty breakfast.
Afterward, embark on a 2 km trek to a splendid waterfall, christened “the Lavie” by the French during Vietnam’s colonial era. Along the way, we’ll indulge in a picnic lunch.
In the afternoon, we will undertake a 4 km trek back to the main road, where we will catch a jeep for our return journey to Sapa. There will be leisure time to explore Sapa town before boarding the bus back to Hanoi.
We will arrive in Hanoi during the evening hours, marking the conclusion of your remarkable journey.

CHILDREN POLICY
Children aged 1 to 4 can join the trip for free when accompanied by two paying adults. However, their parents are responsible for covering all other associated expenses. Please note that children aged 1 to 3 do not occupy separate seats in the vehicle.
If one adult travels with a child aged 1 to 3, the child will be charged 50% of the adult price. This includes meals for the child and a dedicated seat.
Children aged 5 to 9 will be charged 75% of the tour fee. They will have their own seats in our vehicle and receive their own meals, but they will share a hotel room with their parents.
Children aged 10 and older are considered adults for pricing purposes.
NOTICE
The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather conditions or traffic delays.
Upon completion of the trip, we will provide drop-off service at your hotel or any location within Hanoi Old Quarter and Hanoi Opera House. Please note that from Friday to Sunday, during pedestrian street hours, we may be unable to drop you off directly at your hotel, and a short walk may be required.
Check-in time is at 14:00, and check-out time is before 12:00.
Any cancellation of a booking must be submitted in writing and will be considered effective upon acknowledgment by V.I.T Travel.
For cancellations made more than 15 days before the travel date, there will be no charge. If canceled within 15 days of the travel date, a 30% surcharge will apply. A 55% charge is incurred for cancellations made within 7 days of the tour start date, and cancellations within 2 days or less of the tour start date will result in a 100% charge.
No refunds will be provided in cases of ‘force majeure.’
There will be no refunds for clients who depart from the program after it has commenced, miss scheduled sightseeing or visits, or fail to appear. Please ensure you carry your Passport with you.
It is advisable to bring appropriate medications to prevent insect bites and common illnesses.While a tour guide has the flexibility to adjust the schedule, all planned destinations remain the same.
Vegetarian participants are welcome to bring their own food to accommodate their dietary preferences if needed.
Please avoid bringing oversized suitcases for your convenience.

The tour organizer cannot be held responsible for cases in which customers fail to disclose their medical conditions, provide inaccurate information, or experience situations that are not covered by the travel insurance policy.
Customers are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings at all times and in all locations during the trip. The tour organizer does not assume liability for any loss of money, identification, airline tickets, personal possessions, or other property belonging to the customer during the course of the trip.
